Yes, please contact our Customer Service to cancel your order within 24 hours.
If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to return the items to us in
the same condition that you received them, unused and unopened, and in their original packaging before we can refund the payment.
We currently deliver in Europe (including countries outside the EU such as
Norway, Liechtenstein, Switzerland and Serbia) and in the Extra Eu countries listed
in our Shipping page.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed will take 3 to 5 up to 10 business days to arrive. All delivery times time below are given only for general guidance and are invalid in peak times during the year.
Shipping to Italy: 2-3 business days.
Shipping to Europe: 3-5 business days.
Shipping to Extra European countries: 3- 8 business days.

The cost for returning the products has to be paid by you unless your order is faulty,
damaged or incorrect. In most cases we provide a return shipping label with the
