Free shipping is available on eligible orders.
In European Countries you will receive your goods in between 3 to 5 working days. Delivery times are provided only as an indication and count starts from the day you receive the shipping confirmation via email. Please be aware, this does not include any delays that may occur in strikes, enviromental happening or customs.
Please, note that especially during certain period of the year (i.e. peak season, Christmas) couriers and customs authorities operate with high volumes of parcels in transit that may result in delayed deliveries.
We cannot ship lamp oil and fragrances by air cargo and to certain destinations. Orders containing lamp oil and room diffusers will take longer to deliver to EU destinations* and outside the EU by road whenever possible.

TAX & DUTIES
For all orders sent to European countries outside of the EU such as Norway, Serbia and Switzerland we sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) and pay upfront applicable fees, taxes or customs. This means that our shipping prices include taxes and duties and no additional fee will be payable upon delivery.
For orders sent to Extra European Countries, additional country-specific import and customs duties, customs clearance fees and import sales taxes may apply. We shipp DDP (Duty Delivery Paid) it means we pay upfront tax nd duties and nothing else should be paid upon arrival. Please inquire about import fees at your local customs office. If any extra fees do apply, these will need to be paid by you.
Whilst we do everything to ensure smooth customs clearance for your orders, we advise that you check with your local customs before importing anything into your country that may be stopped or have charges applied due to current changing regulations for internationl trade.
DUTY OF INSPECTION
When you receive your AKI package, please ensure to immediately examine the shipment. If your package has been damaged during transportation, we encourage you to not accept the shipment or sign goods unchecked. Please contact AKI customer service right away.
